SiopNEWydd - Planning Consent - 12.03.2023

Now I do appreciate that some of you receiving this will immediately check your calendars to ensure that this isn’t a 1st April trick, but after over 7 months since our planning application was first submitted and after a raft of new and updated drawing were submitted full planning consent has been granted and a copy can be viewed on our website by clicking on this link: https://www.siopnewydd.com/hafan/caniatâd-cynllunio

So we must celebrate this achievement and thank our architects and various contractors for all their hard work in getting us to this point. A full list of contractors will soon be posted on our website, and updated over time plus highlighting and acknowledging those that have generously given their time for free or at significant discount.

We have already started the next and probably the hardest phase of the project, which is to make funding applications to raise a substantially sum, via pledges, to enable us to be able to commit to the land ‘purchase’ and start the development. While we have a project team that includes experience in such matters we are always keen for offers of volunteer help.
